Consists of a background interview to address early development, patterns in early childhood, social-emotional and behavioural history, current presenting concerns. For children/adolescents- interview may be conducted with parents and/or child. Formal assessment measures to look at social-emotional and behavioural functioning, mental health challenges and strengths. Review of any previous professional reports. Full report with recommendations.
Consists of a background clinical interview to address early development, patterns in early childhood, relevant social/emotional/behavioural history, academic history and current presenting concerns. Formal, standardized assessment measures to look at cognitive and academic functioning. Further formal assessment measures to look at social/emotional/behavioural health as well. Review of any previous professional reports, review of academic report cards, interview with teachers. Full report with recommendations.
